'The Studio' is adjacent to the main house, with private access, parking and a small garden and patio area. 'The Stables' is a 2 bedroom (Sleeps 4), self-catering conversion with a private garden and decking area.
'The Stables' are available for holiday lets or short term lets for guests who may need flexible accommodation whilst waiting to move house, or having house renovations/ alterations. Garage storage facilities are available.
Pine Lodge is in a rural location, surrounded by fields and horses, yet the town of Ipswich is only 1.5 miles away with its range of shops and cosmopolitan waterfront marina offering a range of bars and restaurants. It is within a 2 minute drive of Fynn Valley 18 hole golf course, and within walking distance of 2 village pubs.
The village of Westerfield has a train station serving Ipswich, Felixstowe and Woodbridge and a public bus route.
